It was very reassuring and comforting to learn breastfeeding doesn’t have to be painful and to understand there is support out there and that I am not alone.
It gave me a positive mindset, helped to set my expectations (not to expect too much from myself in the first days and give myself time to adjust and rest, focus on recovery and the baby).

Nuria’s workshop was really helpful. It covered hypnosis and mindfulness techniques as well as some more practical advice.
There’s a lot of really useful course material which I know I can refer to later.
Overall it’s left me feeling very positive.
